Thandi entered the office automation industry in 1999 as a direct sales executive, she worked herself up until she promoted to a Sales Manager, in August 2014 she ventured on her own that's how Eyesizwe Business Solutions(Pty) Ltd was conceived.

She holds a degree in Human Resources Management, National Diploma in sales and marketing and various sales course certificates.
